Air-Fryer Cooking Times: A Printable Starting Sheet
Use temperature ranges as a planning aid, then verify food by doneness and safe internal temperature.
Quick answer
An air-fryer chart is a starting point, not a guarantee. Models, basket load and thickness change timing. Print this page to PDF with your browser if you want a kitchen copy.
What you need
- Vegetables often start around 375–400°F; fries around 375–400°F; fish around 375°F; chicken pieces around 375–400°F.
- Keep a thermometer beside the chart: poultry 165°F, fish 145°F and reheated leftovers 165°F.
How to make it work
- Start checking a few minutes before a recipe's suggested time, shake or turn food, and record what works in your machine.
- Use your browser's Print command and choose Save as PDF; write your own model-specific times on the saved sheet.
Checks and useful changes
- Never use a chart to override package instructions for a specialized raw product.
- Large batches and stacked food often cook unevenly; split into batches.
