Sort Cyberpunk 2077 cyberware by capacity and availability, and learn which iconic implants require Phantom Liberty.
Sortable cyberware source and capacity directory
Filter by store location or search for a name. Capacity figures are reference Tier 5++ values when supportable; always confirm your item tier in-game.
Tap column headings to sort. “Efficiency” is a practical role description, not a fabricated numeric quality score.

Do this in order.
Direct, reversible guidance—no unnecessary detours.
Confirm whether Phantom Liberty is installed.
Dogtown-exclusive iconic implants require access to the expansion.
Choose your role.
Chitin and Rara Avis favor defense; Cockatrice specializes in critical chance; COX-2 supports quickhack criticals.
Find a Ripperdoc.
Dogtown Ripperdocs stock the expansion iconics, with level and tier thresholds.
Compare capacity.
Check the actual installed item tier; a higher-tier cyberware item may cost more capacity.
Do not mistake Cellular Adapter for an iconic.
This ordinary implant needs the Technical Ability Built Different perk to equip.
Which cyberware is worth its capacity?
Chitin adds armor and regeneration, while Rara Avis amplifies total Armor. Peripheral Inverse lowers nearby incoming damage. Cockatrice offers extra Crit Chance, and COX-2 enables critical quickhacks at a substantial capacity cost. These are different roles, so “highest value per capacity” depends on your build rather than a universal DPS score.
Tier note: Cyberware tiers and vendor inventories scale with level. Item costs in guides may refer to older tiers; inspect your current item card before installing.
Quick questions.
Can I buy Chitin outside Dogtown?
The Iconic version is a Phantom Liberty Dogtown Ripperdoc purchase or possible Airdrop find.
Is Cellular Adapter iconic?
No. It is base-game cyberware and requires the Built Different perk.
Are these capacity values the same at every tier?
No. This directory uses reference values and deliberately avoids a fake universal number for every tier.
