Use them without guesswork
Start with space
BUZZOFF supplies a Buzzard in Story Mode, but find a large flat spawn area first.
Lift into a hover
Increase power slowly and pause above obstacles.
Translate with small tilts
Pitch forward for movement and use yaw to align the nose; avoid full-stick inputs near buildings.
Land deliberately
Slow horizontal travel, level the helicopter, then descend straight onto clear ground.
04 / Common questions
Quick answers
Why does the helicopter spin?
Yaw input or overcorrection can build rotation; release the control and correct gently.
Is there an invincible helicopter cheat?
No built-in one; PAINKILLER affects the character temporarily, not aircraft damage.
Do these cheat codes work in GTA Online?
No. The copyable codes on this page are for GTA V Story Mode only.
Can using cheats affect achievements?
Yes. Save before entering cheats and reload a clean save when you want normal trophy or achievement progress.
Why might a vehicle not appear?
An active mission, insufficient open space, or an unmet unlock condition can block a spawn.
