Away changes presence but does not make you truly invisible. Riot has not provided a universal native “Deceive” toggle in the League client; Deceive is a third-party tool name.

Third-party caveat

Use Away, adjust invites, or sign out when you need privacy. Check the current client’s own menu rather than trusting an image of an “Invisible” switch from another app.
