Cancel through the service that bills you. A mobile subscription bought through Apple or Google generally cannot be canceled from the Roblox web billing screen.
Web-billed membership
- Sign in on roblox.com.
- Open Settings → Subscriptions or Billing.
- Find the Premium membership and select Cancel Renewal, then confirm the end date.
Apple and Google billing

After cancellation
Keep the confirmation and check the next renewal date. Cancellation normally stops future renewals rather than reversing a completed charge; consult the billing provider for refunds.
