A phone number and email alone do not unlock Roblox voice chat under the current age-check rules. Eligible users 13+ can use supported age estimation or ID verification, depending on region and account.
Eligibility and setup
- Open Roblox account Settings and look for Account Info / age check.
- Complete the available Facial Age Estimation or ID route under Roblox’s instructions.
- After eligibility is confirmed, open Privacy / Communication and enable Voice if the toggle appears.
- Join a voice-enabled experience and check microphone permissions.

Age-estimation availability, regional rules, experience settings and moderation can affect access. A fake-ID guide or account purchased from someone else is unsafe.
