VALORANT Tejo Abilities Lineups: Map Post-Plant Positions Guide
The best Tejo post-plant lineups are the ones you can actually repeat under pressure. Learn two reliable setups per site, wait for the first real cue, and combine them with teammate utility instead of using them blindly.
Tejo post-plant lineup selector
Choose a map and site to load a simple three-step lineup flow: Stand Here, Aim Here, and Land Here. The goal is not to memorize fifty lineups—it is to keep two reliable ones per site.
Map and site
Play from a safe post-plant ledge, line up the arch seam, and land the utility on the default plant zone after the first tap.

Cooldowns and combo ideas
Tejo lineups become much stronger when the enemy must move first. That is why his best post-plant utility usually appears after a tap, or after a teammate forces motion with recon, stun, or aftershock-style pressure.
With Breach
Let Breach pressure the defuse spot first. As soon as the defenders step off or tuck wider, land the lineup to punish the reposition.
With Sova
Use recon for confirmation instead of guessing. If the dart tags or forces the defender behind a box, the lineup turns into guaranteed damage or denial.
Best timing rule
Do not burn the lineup the second the plant finishes. Wait for sound, utility, or a jiggle. Your post-plant tool is worth more as a closer than as a panic opener.
Cooldown discipline
Track whether you still need utility for the round win. The lineup that looks stylish but leaves you nothing for the second tap can throw the whole post-plant.
FAQ
How many lineups should I learn per site?
Two is enough for most ranked play: one safe default lineup and one punish lineup for a common retake position.
Should I use lineups every post-plant?
No. If you can win the fight cleanly, take the fight. The lineup should solve a problem, not become an autopilot habit.
