Apply the Sign to the appropriate crystals to open the portal. Check the quest objective if you are unsure which mechanism remains inactive.
Find the base diagrams
Enter the portal and collect the diagrams. If the chest seems inaccessible, verify that the quest and portal stages are complete, save separately and reload.
Craft Grandmaster directly if desired
For the Grandmaster Wolven plans in Blood and Wine, the usual Mastercrafted-item prerequisite is waived. Visit Lafargue with the diagrams and ingredients to check the recipe.
